4 NBA Teams Don’t Have G League Affiliate Clubs

The NBA G League held an Expansion Draft to fill the rosters of the league’s four new teams.

The Erie BayHawks (Atlanta Hawks), Memphis Hustle (Memphis Grizzlies), Wisconsin Herd (Milwaukee), and Agua Caliente Clippers of Ontario (Los Angeles Clippers) each selected the rights to 11 players in the Draft.

The clubs will retain the rights to these athletes for two years.

The selections were drawn from a group of players from 2015-16 and 2016-17 NBA G League rosters.

Each of the non-expansion teams were able to protect up to nine members of their 2016-17 team.

No more than two players could be selected in the Expansion Draft from any one club.
